Looking for something exciting for your student to do over Winter Break? Our Community Schools Outdoors Winter Break Programs are the perfect way to get outside, explore, and learn this December!
Each one-day adventure is led by our experienced outdoor guides and includes hiking, nature exploration, and hands-on learning. Trips depart from and return to Catalina Foothills High School, 9:00AM–4:00PM.

Programs include:
Geocaching Oracle State Park (Gr. 4–8) – Dec. 22
Marana Mountain Adventure (Gr. 3–6) – Dec. 23
Fishing Fun at Peña Blanca Lake (Gr. 4–8) – Dec. 29
A Journey thru Saguaro National Park (Gr. 3–6) – Dec. 30
Each trip: $80.00
Registration opens at 8:30am on Monday, November 24, 2025 at cs.cfsd16.org

Pack a lunch, water, and sturdy shoes, and get ready for fun, fresh air, and exploration this winter break!
